The absolute worst place. It’s family owned, or ran by a family. My brother was found deceased and there was a police investigation. The attendee at this funeral home told me “everything your brother had on him, including cell phones or money, was burnt with him” just before dropping a cardboard box full of my brother’s ashes on a table in front of me and putting a form down for me to sign. Rude, disgraceful and disrespectful, God has no hand in this place. Nothing could make up for that female attendee & that day I will never forget.

When my loved one was about to be sent to this funeral home & I called about getting some of my loved ones hair, he wasn't at the funeral home yet, so I didn't pay at that moment and the woman ended up laughing at me and told me I sounded like i didn't have the money to pay for his hair. They ended up cremating him without calling me back to confirm I wanted the hair still. I also asked to have my loved ones ashes split into 2 small boxes and to leave them there for my other family to pick up and the woman sent them both with the main part of the ashes. So now I have to pay for them to get sent out to my 2 relatives. If I could give them no star I would. 🙄

Very compassionate, expedient cremation services. We were given the option to participate in the pickup process. Condolences were offered multiple times. Very considerate and compassionate! Also, they work with you electronically to complete and review the death certificate and answered many questions I had with patience and compassion. They even had a service to make fingerprints from my fathers hand to make jewelry if we wanted.
