Rude, disgraceful and disrespectful, God has no hand in this place. They ended up cremating him without calling me back to confirm I wanted the hair still. I also asked to have my loved ones ashes split into 2 small boxes and to leave them there for my other family to pick up and the woman sent them both with the main part of the ashes. So now I have to pay for them to get sent out to my 2 relatives.
