Mr Johnson and Mrs Scrivin Johnson were, and are, the most sincere and compassionate people I hope I ever get to meet. They removed my wife’s remains with care, dignity and gentleness. Their entire process went smooth and in a timely fashion. I can’t speak highly enough about this family owned company.

When my loved one was about to be sent to this funeral home & I called about getting some of my loved ones hair, he wasn't at the funeral home yet, so I didn't pay at that moment and the woman ended up laughing at me and told me I sounded like i didn't have the money to pay for his hair. They ended up cremating him without calling me back to confirm I wanted the hair still. I also asked to have my loved ones ashes split into 2 small boxes and to leave them there for my other family to pick up and the woman sent them both with the main part of the ashes. So now I have to pay for them to get sent out to my 2 relatives. If I could give them no star I would. 🙄

This is a family-owned business that is run very well. They were very responsive when I texted, called, emailed etc., which I did numerous times. They were thoughtful, detailed, and honest about all aspects that we inquired about. I highly recommend their services. More importantly, I felt like I was dealing with people who care vs when I called other sites I felt like just another number trying to charge for every little thing. I knew what I was getting here and it just felt right. Thank you for your time and care in this tough time.
