I did not have any previous experience with this type of situation. I found ScrivensJohnson Mortuary & Crematory Services on internet and selected them because they were the closest to our home. Then I discovered that it is a firm with which you can expect a very professional job, from the moment they wrap your loved one until they give you his/her remains. They are nice and respectful of your pain. I certainly appreciate ScrivensJohnson Mortuary & Creamatorium's work. Thanks again.

When my loved one was about to be sent to this funeral home & I called about getting some of my loved ones hair, he wasn't at the funeral home yet, so I didn't pay at that moment and the woman ended up laughing at me and told me I sounded like i didn't have the money to pay for his hair. They ended up cremating him without calling me back to confirm I wanted the hair still. I also asked to have my loved ones ashes split into 2 small boxes and to leave them there for my other family to pick up and the woman sent them both with the main part of the ashes. So now I have to pay for them to get sent out to my 2 relatives. If I could give them no star I would. 🙄
